Vendor Fair for Area Businesses to Explain Dearborn Public Schools Bidding Process – Press and Guide
Construction-related companies in the area are invited to register for a supplier fair hosted by Dearborn Public Schools on November 10 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The fair will allow district staff and experts to detail how the tendering process works, explain the liaison process for companies interested in working with the district, and help network companies from across the district. the region who might be interested in subcontracting for certain ongoing projects in the district. The district expects to award more than $ 40 million in contracts over the next year.
Companies interested in participating are requested to register at bit.ly/DbnEdVendorFair2021. The fair will take place at the District Administrative Service Center, 18700 Audette St., Dearborn.
The event is aimed at entrepreneurs such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning; roofing, including flat roofs, in conventional and specialty shingles; interior restoration and remodeling of buildings; exterior maintenance of buildings; asphalt and concrete paving; replacement of the main water line; replacement of external electrical service; storm sewer upgrades; and kitchen related work including outdoor freezer units and installation of indoor ventilation hoods.
